Marcus Di Fiore – President & Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining XB, Marcus spent the last 20-years in Commercial Banking with the likes of Northern Trust, Wells Fargo, US Bank and Comerica. Marcus originated, underwrote and managed loans to middle market customers with revenues up to $500 million across the following industries: Restaurant, Real Estate, Consumer Products, Apparel, Healthcare, Logistics, Aerospace, and Consumer Services.

Marcus’s expertise includes financing business acquisitions, dividend recaps, real estate projects, working capital facilities, ESOPS, SBA projects, and equipment purchases.

Education: BBA in Accounting from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas.

Lived and worked in Houston, Chicago, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Diego.

Lastly, Marcus is the founder of the Encinitas Baseball Club 2025 which is a 14u program designed to prepare players for high school and college baseball.

Alan Renteria – Chief Administrative Officer

Alan has more than 10 years of experience in leading business services groups based in Mexico. His experience includes quick serve restaurants, beverage operations, construction and software development.

Education: Industrial Engineering Degree with a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Universidad Del Desarrollo Profesional.

Alan has lived and worked in Vancouver, Canada, Mexicali, Baja California Mexico, and Puerto Peñasco, Sonora Mexico.

Lastly, Alan, is actively involved with community programs in Puerto Peñasco that support adolescent education and sports programs.
